"We were pleasantly surprised to see the bus from Chamonix stop right in front of the hotel. The manager who checked us in was knowledgeable, helpful and kind. So when we arrive at train station, we actually called them to ask them to pick us up caz 2 of us had 3 luggages. The person who picked up the phone refused and said he could not come to pick up as he was the reception and cannot leave the hotel. And said we could walk to hotel only 400 m. "Cannot recommend. Very stuffy hot room overlooking a carpark. No air conditioning so slept with noisy fan. Horrible dirty walls with lots of quashed mosquitoes from previous guests. Beds uncomfortable with low quality pillows, plastic under sheets and empty toiletries in bathroom. Avoid - much better places in the area."
