"room was great and bigger than expected"

"Great shrimp tacos and chicken tenders, family enjoyed their quesadillas too. Stayed in Americana building 6 with Volcano Bay view, beautiful and clean. Facilities gates were hard to open with hotel key, family could not get several gates open throughout stay which was frustrating. Others also having issues. Walking path to city walk convenient. Housekeeping came every other day to just make beds and give more towels and coffee. Didn’t get more wash cloths second time they came. Poolside great, lots of towels too out there and chairs. "

"The desk clerk Mario was very attentive and polite, and all the rest of the staff were very nice. The room was very clean, and what I like the most was the blanket was a fluffy, white comforter, and not like the normal burlap bag blankets they give you at other hotels. "the room was absolutely AMAZING! the only thing missing was a sponge to wash dishes but it was manageable. the bar on top of the shower door fell off but it wasn’t a big deal for me. i would book again every time."
