The property manager was knowledgeable, accommodating, and very responsive. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a spacious suite, which made our stay extra special. "This might be my favorite hotel ever! I hope we can come back some day. It is a fantastic hotel with wonderful staff. The bed sheets are the best I’ve ever experienced. And an art museum too!"

"Lovely property, great location, convenient spa and excellent restaurant."

"The property was situated in an area convenient to shopping, dining and sightseeing. We loved the outside garden for sitting and having a drink after a long day of climbing the wonderful hills of Lisbon. The room was immaculately made up. We would definitely stay here again."

"This is truly a palace. The room was very large with a beautiful bathroom and a door from the bedroom to the large closets and bathroom. If one of the occupants wants to get dressed early, this allows the other person not to be disturbed while sleeping. There are plenty of balconies where you can eat outdoors as well as the breakfast room. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel. The pool outside as well as indoors are beautiful. It is a seven to $10 Uber ride to all the sites. ...

"Late birds is a little oasis in the heart of Lisbon. Immaculate and very tasteful. The staff are very helpful and a breakfast is good. Location is excellent near plenty of good dining options and bars, with the main tourist Attractions a 10minute walk. Lisbon was an absolute joy and LateBirds likewise, will definitely return"
