Great hotel!! Location is awesome, right across from Time Out Lisbon which is a gastronomical delight. The staff at the hotel are so kind and helpful. They genuinely wish to help you. The hotel itself is well maintained, clean and the right mix of modern (plumbing) while holding its historical charm (large wood plank floors, wood shutters). I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Lisbon.

The first room we stayed in was a bit small. We went to Porto and when we returned they upgraded our room to a bigger room so that was great. All the staff members were extremely polite, helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Highly recommended city centre haven!

Close to the sights but a peaceful and restful place to relax. Service was excellent, helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Room was clean, stylish and comfortable

Lovely boutique hotel conveniently located near train and bus station. There is also a Time Out Market across the street with a great variety of food options. The staff was very attentive to all our needs and questions. We had a very early flight from Lisbon, and they arranged for us a very basic but nice sitting breakfast which felt comforting at that time of the morning. Special thanks to Iris who welcomed us at check in. She was absolutely fabulous.

It is boutique hotel. They claim 4 stars, but it is not. Small hotel in previous residential building. Beautifully done, but very small space wise. Not many employees, limited amenities. Breakfast is worse we had in Portugal. Make sure to order how many eggs you want otherwise you will get one. Very expensive, specially since it is not in best place. Rooms are nice, but small, specially bathroom.
