"We stayed in the Hope & Crosby room. The room was dirty with layers of dust and hair throughout. Black stain on bed comforter, and stains on towels (had to get clean towels). The bathroom floor was so dirty that the bath mat turned black after it got wet from the shower. We paid a higher price for mountain views. The balcony floor and furniture were dirty and stained, so we did not sit outside. Also, the balcony had frosted glass panels, so you could only see the mountain if you were standing. Luckily, we stayed only one night. Continental breakfast was good, and the location is ideal. We stayed at this hotel in 2022 in a different room, and it was so charming and clean. It now has a new owner, and the property has suffered greatly. The pool area is still decent with beautiful views."

"The entire hotel is old and not the nicest. Location is prime and the rooms are big so overall I would go back. I just think it it could use a lot of upgrades or just replace some of the older things. Most of staff was friendly. They did misplaced my credit card from the Pool when I went to close out and then didn’t seem to care until I made it a priority. They did find it, but they really don’t have a full proof system so I definitely wouldn’t give them anything to open a tab charge it to your room. "
