There was a very kind staff member ( I cannot remember his name unfortunately) who was so kind and hospitable. Unfortunately, some of the other younger staff members were not as friendly or accommodating. Overall, we had a lovely stay"

"This is a very outdated property that requires major overhaul of its rooms. The rooms at dated, have a moldy smell, although the linens were clean. I had much different expectations for the property especially since it was $750 a night. Definitely not worth $750/night. Get your act together Hyatt."
