"Friendly and hardworking staff, good hospitality. Air conditioning didn’t seem to work very well though, and I think my friend that I stayed with might have been allergic to something in the room, he was stuffy and tired the whole time"

"We stayed in Verona apartments 6/5-13/5 and were very happy and comfortable. Very well equipped rooms and fantastic location close to arena. The staff at main hotel were superb and nothing too much trouble. The biggest thing for us was the fantastic breakfast offering for €12 the range of breakfast foods was amazing you won’t find that anywhere in else in Verona. Wine tasting was also unavailable. I can anticipate this to be a great place in high season, but lack of facilities during low season make this an expensive stay without the required luxury."
