Am letzten Tag haben wir sogar ein kleines Frühstück zum Mitnehmen bekommen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und es gibt täglich kostenlose Wasserflaschen. Die Lage ist optimal, die Altstadt und diverse Restaurants sind direkt um die Ecke. Das Alma Hotel können wir voll und ganz empfehlen – jedes Detail zeugt von echter Liebe...

"very clean room, right in the middle of the activity on a busy street with lots of restaurants but room was quiet from that noise. we did hear the people above us they were quite loud. never saw anyone at the desk. wifi didn't work the first 4.5 days but at least tv did have English channels. very dark in the hallway unless you know to turn on the light switch in the hall. it will auto turn off after a few minutes. also, entrance is just off the main Street there is a little walkway...

"We loved the location, the staff and vibe of the hotel. The breakfast was wonderful- quite the spread! There is a pool but it was icy cold and not really usable so I would suggest heating the pool to make it nice for guests to use. "

"Lena is the real star of this show! Her cute little face is there greet everyone. She even outshines the stunning view from the breakfast rooftop, which is tough competition. "Arrived very late, but the instructions given electronically were so easy to understand. All staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Cleaned immaculately. Hotel is situated perfectly for all the sites and plenty of restaurants and bars minutes walking from the hotel. Overall a great trip and when visiting Palermo again would stay here."
