"It was very inconvenient to get to the hotel because cars couldn’t get there being very narrow with the road. Reception was excellent, the room was very spacious. The shower was weak. The worst was the breakfast was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The hard boiled eggs were cold, taken out of the freezer and 2-3 days old where the yolks were very dark green. Yuck. All the pastries and pound cakes were not fresh and hard. Nothing is fresh and they charge you for the juices. Bad experience....

"We were very disappointed in the amenities. Frankly, they were nonexistent. There was a pool but if you wanted a towel for the pool you had to pay 3euros. Shocking! Also, no washcloths in the bathrooms and very limited towels in the bathrooms. Our air conditioning barely worked. The cheese on the breakfast buffet was spoiled and had to be removed. The Horta Restaurant was very nice and good food. This was the only positive at Villa Tirreno. I would not recommend."

"Don't do it. The beds are awful (like sleeping on giant toothpics) that was the top of the mattress. The pillows are flat and you get one each. There is nothing on site or within walking distance. AND if you book through a third party like expedia dont plan on getting the room you paid for or have it come close to what it looks like on pictures. The property is dated and needs much tlc."

"This property was perfect for our one night stay before our cruise. It is very close to the cruise port and the owner will arrange for a van to get you to the port for 10 euros pp. You could walk but it would be along a twisty road with no sidewalk and stairs at times. The guest house is located inside a building with other businesses and residents. It is on the 3rd floor even though it is listed as the second floor as the bottom floor is considering 0. There is a small elevator too. Depending...
