La stanza assegnata era molto spaziosa, ma lasciava a desiderare sul livello di pulizia, la moquette aveva vistose macchie bianche, probabilmente dovute ad un rinfresco di pittura, senza protezioni del pavimento, infatti, nell' ala di fianco alla mia, stavano tinteggiando una stanza. I mobili datati compreso il bagno e la doccia. Il materasso comodo ed il silenzio della struttura a seguito della posizione, hanno garantito un ottimo riposo, essendo situata la stanza al 6° piano, si godeva di un panorama molto bello. La colazione nella norma, garantiva ampia scelta d bevande e prodotti da mangiare sia dolce che salato, facendo colazione solamente con cornetto e cappuccino questi erano di buon livello, per gli altri prodotti presenti non posso dare giudizi. La struttura è immersa nel verde, che andrebbe curato un pò di più, visto che le piante sembrano abbandonate a se stesse. La struttura è dotata di una piscina che, dato il periodo invernale, non ho potuto usare, ma, da quel poco che ho potuto vedere dalla terrazza della sala colazioni (la fitta vegetazione non me lo ha permesso), sembra ben organizzata ed è dotata anche di scivolo tipo acquapark. Sicuramente un posto dove poter passare nel più totale relax, le giornate estive con bambini al seguito.

struttura datata, ma ancor tutto funzionante, ampia stanza, pulita, essendo immerso nella natura secondo me la mancanza di zanzariere alle finestre è grave, d'estate entra di tutto in camera. Ristorante con menù limitato, ma tutto buono. A colazione mi sarei aspettato da un 4 stelle maggior varietà di dolce, esempio non c'erano cornetti ripieni, solo .vuoti. Prezzo ottimo. Ci tornerò

Hotel bello ma da riammodernare.

Posizione ottima per visitare Viterbo e dintorni. Struttura all'esterno rimodernata con uno splendido parco e grande piscina.L'interno è da rivedere completamente, sostituendo gli arredi ,sia delle camere che degli ambienti comuni. Anche i sanitari e gli arredi dei bagni sono vetusti.Diventerebbe una splendida struttura. La pulizia in generale è perfetta ed il personale molto gentile. La colazione è varia, ma consiglio di cambiare fornitore della pasticceria perché da l'impressione di non essere fresca.

La struttura è molto grande, sicuramente fanno fatica nella manutenzione ordinaria, tante cose da rivedere. Tutto sommato la piscina non è male, il ristorante annesso con convenzione veramente ottimo. La pulizia delle camere insomma... si potrebbe fare sicuramente meglio. La posizione è ottima perché è a pochi minuti da Viterbo.

Arrivato a viterbo per una cena di lavoro, non ho avuto particolari problemi nella struttura, a partenil frigo che di notte, dava un po fastidio.
