"This is an incredible hotel, with perhaps the best location in Lake Como. Giulia was very kind and helpful upon check-in. And the best was to come - the location and the view (if you get a lake viewing room) are unbeatable! Varenna is perhaps the best town on Como, and you are steps from the Lido (small beach), beautiful walks, and the walk up to Castello di Vezio. "Good location, very close to train station (6-min walk) and ferry (3-4 min walk) Staff is very nice and helpful. I need to catch the train in the morning. The staff helps to open the breakfast line earlier than usual. Plus, there is a variety of breakfast. Room is spacious than expected, clean and neat. Good value of money! "

"Quite small room, great location right on the Bellagio port of lake Como. Great vibrant surrounding. Not recommend if prefer quite place."

"Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. Reception staff were friendly and rooms were clean & modern. Breakfast was served at the sister hotel Victoria, which was a nice short walk. We chose to eat in the restaurant one night due to it's vista, the food was great but the service was average (slow & mixed up the orders) which was a surprise. "

"The Grand Hotel Victoria is an amazing property with a warm and friendly staff willing to help at all times. Our stay in a Jr Suite was spectacular, with a deck and expansive views of Lake Como.
