"This guest house is located very close to the FCO airport, and they offer a shuttle in the morning for a reasonable price that we were able to take at 6am. The staff is very kind and the room was lovely and very spacious. We even had our own front yard with our room, which was a pleasant surprise. The guest house is near Ostia Antica if you are interested in archaeological sites. It is also very close to the beach if the weather is nice. There are lots of great seafood restaurants nearby. "

"Positives: Room was clean and looked new. Very bright and fresh. I arrived an hour before check in and they came down to let me in even though I was so early without any notice. Shower in bathroom was great! Negatives: Walls are paper thin. Gentleman in room next to mine came to his room around midnight and I could here him zipper his suitcase! It sounded like he was standing at the end of the bed. I woke up in the night multiple times thinking I heard someone in my room."

"The hotel was clean, and housekeeping was done daily. Roberto was a cheerful and kind person. For us, the hotel breakfast was a bit too sweet and mostly included pastries, so we preferred to buy and bring our own favorite breakfast there. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. The only negative I can say is that is rooms are on the second floor and there is no elevator that is something that I would have liked to know but this is a wonderful place and I’m happy that I stayed here. "We picked this due to airport shuttle but then when we contacted them we were told there was a charge and it had to be paid in cash, which we did not have. Therefore, we ended up taking bus from airport (No. 8), so that was a disappointment. The shower was quite small and had a bifold door which made it hard to let shower run to get warm as the bifold went in and then the shower water would run outside basin area. Staff was super friendly though and with the bus stop being short walk, it worked...

"Great room spacious clean had a cute little balcony close to the beach only two blocks away. It was wonderful. We only stayed there for one night before heading back to Toronto, but it was the perfect last night. We got to see the sunset over the water great stay all around."
