"Room was perfectly clean, lady who helped was of great help we greatly appreciate all she did, even arranged a taxi for us to the airport on the day we checked out. Clean bathroom, beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Highly recommend, no complaints. Grazie mille!"

"I would give this place 6 stars if I could. It was extremely clean, in walking distance from lots of waterfront restaurants. I highly recommend this place if you want to flyvout of rome and spend a day or 2 in a quite, safe, and well-maintained place near the water. Staying at this guest house was one of the highlights of our trip.

The neighborhood was safe. Plenty of restaurants and a supermarket close to the property. The staff were excellent at helping us with questions. There was a variety of food for breakfast. "
"Pros: Room was spacious. Area was quiet so we had a great night of sleep. Few restaurants close to the hotel. Receptionist was very helpful. Easy reservation for transportation to airport and driver was punctual.
Cons: Elevators for baggages only. Hot water for shower was not consistent.
