"They got me a room early morning when I got off my cruise. That was great. However the pool wasn’t open and I was really looking forward to sunbathing on that day, thats primarily why I booked that hotel for the pool. They told me its cause they can’t get the staff? If was May. It was hot. So disappointed. However, the hotel itself was so nice. Very nice room and lovely food as well. Good service. "

"The breakfast menu was fresh, and had so many options. The most I have ever seen, it really is a wow moment as far as breakfast goes, you will not be disappointed! Plus, the staff were lovely, and the shuttle to the airport made this a perfect stay."

"Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Morning walks on the beach, easy train to Sitges one evening, good restaurants nearby. Morning coffee on our balcony. Nespresso machine and kettle in room for coffee on the balcony, listening to the waves. Breakfast was good, if it did feel a tad overpriced compared to the place we had just left in the city with a greater selection. Good quality food and you can’t beat the view."

"Small but clean room. The worst was the room was so cold. The thermostat couldn’t work. The temp was 19C all the time. Staff was nice. Breakfast was superb. "

"Small but beautiful and clean apartment, 2 blocks from the beach. Check-in is at a completely different address several blocks away, which was unclear in the app, so I had to walk some distance with my bags to find it. The staff were very sweet and they drove me back to the apartment after check in. Check out procedure is also vague, I dropped off the key cards, then emailed to confirm that was all I had to do, but have yet to receive a response. Unclear if the problem is with the Hotels.com...

"Very friendly and helpful staff. The room and bathroom were spotless and the toiletries offered were very good. Virtually soundproof room, excellent for the music heard from the weekend entertainment, but the sound was heard through the door to the gallery outside the door. It didn’t bother me much. We enjoyed their buffet breakfast with fresh fruit and freshly cooked eggs. I couldn’t be more pleased with a hotel."

"The room was not spacious and the location is quite away from central Barcelona. While we had to find out about transit options, it would have been nicer to have some sort of shuttle operated by the hotel, as public transit took at least an hour to get into town. There are also absolutely no stores, restaurants-or anything nearby. It is a factory/warehouse distict. All staff were mostly friendly though."
