I was traveling alone and they helped plan my days by giving me places to visit and food options while there My luggage didn’t arrive for 3 days and they told me where to go for clothing as well as called the airlines for updates. Le personnel est vraiment sympathique et sont toujours présents pour nos demandes. L'espace piscine et spa est vraiment apprécié. Je vous suggère un massage, mon heure de détente était parfaite. "I didn’t used for the food staff are okay they do no service at you room for example if you need some thing need to get down and picked … Rooms were clean, but me always got in a hotel first thing I check my pillow and mattress So the mattress had many stains although they changed my room the new rooms are not equipped with proper A/C so the A/C was fonctionnes but not cooling the 2 night couldn’t sleep at all . My first room was good except the mattress A/C was cooling. The room some kind of smell may be from the carpet or the room not used for longtime even the mattress smells like when we have new mattress need to put some day what usine to goes away the factory smells "
