"Good"

"I checked in on Thursday and checked out on Saturday morning on Thursday, we asked for extra blankets. No one never brought them up Friday morning. We asked the staff for some more rags they told us they did not have none on the cart. I had to go downstairs to make sure we stayed in the same room at 9:30 AM on Friday Friday at 11 o’clock. We have someone knocking at our door telling us we do not belong in the room the communication with the front desk and a top staff was an issue we would...

"The room didn't have any windows, and this was never mentioned in the booking."

"The room was clean and comfortable. Close to events and activities."

"There was plenty of parking just outside where you check in, in the lobby. You could enter the Hard Rock Hotel from Resorts without going outside. We went to a concert at Hard Rock. Therefore, we didn’t need to bring coats."

"Had a wonderful 4 night stay with the family, we took our complementary breakfast out to the gazebos near the water and it was the best view. Taking walks along the shore after the tide goes out, loved it The hotel is very clean, quiet, staff was very friendly."

"Very nice place to stay not many cons just small parking and some doors do not work properly but overall good experience very clean nice rooms and nice staff as well"

"The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was fine. However, only one elevator was working"

"Room was basic, beds were very uncomfortable. They must’ve ordered them on Temu. Your voice echos in the room with how empty it is and you can hear everything going on in the hallway and other rooms around you. The bar closed by midnight on at Saturday. Not worth $300 for a Saturday night."

"It's such a historic and beautiful hotel. It's such a shame that it has to house a marijuana dispensary in the lower floor, but hey... that's Atlantic City. You can't enjoy the boardwalk because of the stench of pot smoke. It's everywhere despite the signs saying that there is "no smoking". I was in town for the marathon and when you're trying to run and take in air into your lungs and instead you take in the rancid marijuana laced air, it can make a person nauseous. The rooms at The Claridge...

"Cozy , convenient and great staff. Nice little free breakfast on Sunday."
