Staff was nice upon check in. Got to my room and there were only three towels for four guests and no washcloths. Called this morning at 9 am to request washcloths and at 10:45 none have been provided. As a Marriott Bonvoy member I am extremely disappointed with the pisspoor customer service at this property.

I did not have breakfast, the room was clean, but the hot water was not consistent. There were instances when the hot water would just turn cold. Other than the hot water issue, i was satisfied with the room and my one night stay.

The room was a little lacking on shampoo and conditioner upon arrival but I went to the front desk and the lady ( wish I knew her name) was so accommodating and kind. She was really great also helped us wl check in as well. Would definitely come back to this hotel when visiting AC.

This property was great for the price. Location was great. Could use some upgrades as the normal wear and tear is becoming more apparent,shower could use some upgrades as it was a little slippery during use room was very clean. Staff was very nice overall great experience.

This was a nice, clean hotel. The parking lot was in the back of the hotel was handy. The walk to the boardwalk from the hotel was only a couple of blocks, but doesn't feel like the best neighborhood to walk.

It was near the casinos and boardwalk. The parking lot was gated for security for your car. You felt safe and secure. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a decent room. Only complaint is that the WiFi was intermittently working and I wasn’t able to get the breakfast as one person was working the counter. No other complaints honestly.
