Hello dear guest thanks for your your reviws but you konw now change venice city tax i am already paid per person 4 euro city tax and also every 3 days change and cleaning rooms you nothing paid more..its ok 40 euro then i will pay 40 euro your city tax , thanks for understand

hello dear guest you know in here hitting on 5 pm to midnight also check in just time not late , our check in start 14 pm to 9.30 pm on request i check you before .may you have others reservation another hostes when i check in i ask to you every thing ok you say ok ..

hello thank you for your reviews but i you know you dont have cleaning fee the booking,com guests paid by booking hotels,com cleaning fee pay in hostels , when i ask you for cleaning fee you say you contact coustomer service but you dont contact and dont paid ,? also now write bad reviews why? also shared bath room some time others guests make drity but my staff every day clean it ,,
