Dear Ms Stacilyn, We are very sorry to have received this review.As far as the lift is concerned, we always emphasize and indicate the absence of the lift through all our communication channels, including Expedia. All important information can be found in the "services" section of our booking page before proceeding with the booking, and then again once booked these informations are send to our guests.The reason why the San Marco Suite 755 building does not have an elevator depends, as most Venetian Palaces, on the fact that it is an historic building dating back to the 1600s.This is why it is not possible to have an elevator, and we do our utmost to inform our customers through all our channels, even months before their arrival, of its absence. As for your reservation, it seems to us that you have booked a suite for two people, learning later, through messages, that you would have been 4 and, despite this, we made ourselves available to arrange the Suite for a 3rd and 4th person (the two girls). In addition to this, we have personally accompanied you from the moment of arrival to Venice to our Apartment structure. We have also offered you our porter service to help you with your suitcases. Regarding linen change and cleaning, also it is indicated in our communication channels, our structure is not a hotel and therefore does not provide a daily change of linen, but of course this can be asked for at our reception or beforehand via email, chat or by telephone.
