Il prezzo sabbie buono se le camere fossero pulite e ben tenute. La camere sono vecchie e mal tenute , la pulizia è scarsa , il parcheggio è a pagamento, la colazione è discreta . Personalmente non ci tornerei volentieri .

Avrebbe potuto scegliere una tariffa meno economica ed ottenere una camera migliore con un parcheggio in omaggio. La pulizia è stata fatta correttamente, come sempre.

Bra läge men lyhört.
Otroligt lyhört mellan rummen. Framför allt stördes man av toaspolning och dusch. Lät som om vattnet forsade i rummet. Duschen var pytteliten och delades med toan. Bra mörkläggningsmöjligheter i rummet. Inga trafikljud som störde. Bra frukost! Nära till järnvägsstation och bussar.

An excellent and affordable place to stay if you want a basic bed and breakfast place to stay as a base to explore Venice. Very close to train station that takes you only 15minutes or less to Venice. Friendly and helpful staff especially Joseph who gave me tips on my out and about in Venice.

Jättebra hotell för oss. Receptionen öppen dygnet runt. Lugnt och tyst, trodde inte det var många gäster som bodde där men vid frukosten var det många gäster. Bra frukost. Bra med närhet till tågstationen.

chambre minuscule, salle d'eau où dans 1,5 m2 vous avez la douche avec un rideau un lambeau, un bidet, et la cuvette des toilettes. la chaleur est étouffante si on coupe la clim. le petit-déjeuner trop cher pour ce qui est proposé. Cependant hôtel très bien situé à 3 minutes à pieds de la gare, meilleur moyen de joindre venise.

La mème situation que on trouve quand que je prend une chambre en France, malheuresement, où je ne crois pas de tout que vous peuvez trouver un buffèt pour moin que 10 Euro.

Thanks for your review, breakfast is one of the best thinghs of the Hotel, normally very appreciated from our guests. Of course it depends on the taste. There is shampoo in every room, maybe you didn't see it......

Pretty average
It’s a nice hotel and is very clean! The noise on the morning and night is quite annoying but can’t really be helped as the rooms are so close together. We didn’t have the best welcome either with the receptionist making a dig at us for not understanding a lot of Italian (we had just travelled from Prague and Salzburg and was so tired, learning the words “check-in” wasn’t really on our agenda). This left us in a bit of a mood as he even suggested that not speaking in Italian would mean we would be treated “like tourists”. He did scare us a little and made out that we would be given bad food if we spoke in English. However this was not the case, we found that most are lovely. It just wasn’t the best customer service and I haven’t had time to learn Italian, he shouldn’t be welcoming tourists like that into his hotel. Besides that, the hotel was fairly average and the other members of staff were great. You also have to hand in your key whenever you leave, which we didn’t really like the idea of doing.

Muy atento el personal. Muy bien el comedor y su desayuno. Muy bien la limpieza. Las habitaciones muy pequeñas. Sin lugar para las valijas . No caja fuerte. No cafetera. No heladerita. Televisores diminutos colgados del techo. Imposible de ver. Los baños también muy chicos.

Ottimo prezzo
A due passi dalla stazione fs di Mestre e dai bus per l'aeroporto di Venezia,questo buon hotel ha camere semplici,ma spaziose e provviste di ogni confort,un bagno sufficientemente ampio ed una buona colazione a buffet...il tutto ad un prezzo estremamente conveniente.Secondo la mia esperienza rappresenta il miglior rapporto qualità-prezzo per gli hotel vicini a Mestre FS.

This hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes' walk from the main Mestre train station, and therefore about 15 mins from Venice. The hotel has an art deco exterior and a quaint basic Italian interior and it was exactly what we were looking for in a budget hotel; somewhere to sleep and shower while we spent all of our time over in the city. However, there were some issues: Firstly, Ryanair lost our bag on the flight to Venice and we told the hotel that it may be delivered at some point during the weekend. We bought new clothes etc and were pretty upset with the situation (not the hotel's fault). We were then told at checkout on Monday that the bag had arrived at the hotel on Saturday morning, but nobody had told us. We were told by the reception staff that this was our fault for not asking them each day if it had arrived, rather then them just calling us to let us know. The hotel have all of our contact details. Secondly, the room was basic, rustic and Italian. Exactly what I expected. It had a nice balcony, and was worth the money. Our issue was that we developed multiple insect bites each day. I initially thought that these were mosquitoes from the island, but it was increasingly evident that these were actually bedbugs from the hotel. We arrived back late each evening and left early each morning so really didn't have the energy to moan about it, but hopefully the hotel will take this on board and deep clean the rooms.

What does would mean "the room was basic, rustic and italian"?? would you anyhow mean that the word 'italian' is sinonimous of basic and rustic? However, we don't keep in consideration negative reviews written by Anonymous, since we cannot verify

Nn mi è piaciuto nulla ,sporco e nn solo ,stanze orrende ed obsolete ,l unica nota positiva il personale della reception che nn c entra nulla con le condizioni dell hotel .il pavimento della mia stanza incollava le scarpe e nn solo... stanze con pareti lesionate e rattoppi d appertutto di pitture con colori diversi ,e nn parlare del bagno , indescrivibile...alla fine abbiamo rinunciato al soggiorno li e abbiamo acquistato in seduta stante un altro hotel adeguato ai nostri standard minimi ...pulizia e comodità .
