We had a very comfortable stay at Locanda Fiorita. The location is perfect for walking to St Marks (10 mins) not too close or busy but further enough away to be much quieter. It is also very close to Dorsoduro, which has great galleries and affordable and typical Venetian food. The hotel is also 3 minutes walk from the airport Vaporetto, which runs regularly. The room was small but very comfortable- the bed in particular was extremely comfortable! The staff are friendly and helpful. Be aware that breakfast is served to your room or outside in the courtyard. We went in winter and had two courtyard breakfasts and one room breakfast as you do need a warm coat on! I would definitely recommend this place and would return.

Lovely little quaint units. We actually stayed at this place as well as their bed-and-breakfast nearby called Bloom. European style rooms can be a little on the small side, so do your research to make sure you know what you’re getting into.

Where do I start! Locanda Fiorita does not disappoint. First, the hotel is near one of the water taxi stop, so there is no need for a long walk, which is great. Upon our arrival the gentlemen at the front greeted us with a warm welcome and assisted us to our room. We ended up getting the suite room, which was very spacious and looked over the alley ways (super cute). Aldo, our greater provided us with complimentary water and assisted us in figuring out how to navigate Venice (they also give you a free map, so you don’t have to buy one!). The breakfast was delicious and also complimentary!! The coffee made our day and the assortments of food brought me back to my childhood. At checkout time, we were able to leave out suitcases at the front desk. When we came back the gentleman at the front assisted up in taking our luggage down the stairs and towards the water taxi. Overall, it felt like we had stayed with people that truly cared about my well being. This is a very hospitable hotel and I can’t wait to come back and stay here when I visit Venice again.

Amazing option for Venice

Amazing! If you can stay here when visiting Venice. The location is fantastic, the staff extremely helpful and the hotel very quaint and nicely presented. The surrounding area is much quieter than other areas of Venice and has a real charm about it. The breakfast is good and the staff bends over backward for you. Really great option

Boendet hade en fantastisk placering och vi uppskattade att det var ett mindre hotell med få gäster. Personalen var väldigt tillmötesgående och det var svala och fräscha rum. Däremot är rummen väldigt små och frukosten är ingen vidare enligt oss, det serveras kaffe, juice, lite frukt och sötsaker.

Perfect getaway spot

Locanda Fiorita was a fantastic hotel. The room was clean with fresh bath linens daily. The breads and fruits offered for breakfast were perfect. It was close in town, yet very quiet. The front desk staff was super helpful and polite!

Zimmer in schönem Palazzo

Das Zimmer war zwar sehr klein. Es ist aber ein sehr schönes Gebäude mit tollen Aufenthaltsräumen zum Frühstücken und einet Dachterrasse. Es gab eine Flasche guten Prosecco zur Begrüßung. Personal war sehr freundlich. Sehr gutes Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse.

Wunderbarer unkomplizierter Empfang, Zimmer bereits am Vormittag beziehbar, großes Zimmer, gute getrennte Betten, kleines Bad, aber alles vorhanden. Sehr nette Tipps und Telefonate zur Ticketreservierung. Feines Frühstück auf einem wundervollen Platz mitten in Venedig, sehr gute Lage zwischen San Marco und Rialto.

Ein guter Platz als Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Stadt. Nahe an der Vaporetto-Anlegestelle. Frühstück vor dem Haus auf einem ruhigen Platz in einem abgegrenzten Vorgarten. Für italienische Verhältnisse recht umfangreich. Sehr netter, zuvorkommender Service. Kleines Zimmer aber absolut sauber.

Classic Venice feel to the property, the breakfast room was small but beautiful and had a lovely view. We could hear a lot of noise from people on the walkway next to the hotel and other hotel guests in their rooms.

Custo benefício excelente

O hotel é muito bem localizado, próximo a praça São Marcos e a ponte Rialto. O quarto é pequeno e o banheiro também. Porém, ainda que pequenos, a cama é confortável e o chuveiro é otimo. O café da manhã é bom. No entanto, quando chove é preciso tomar café no quarto, o que é muito complicado devido ao tamanho. O staff do hotel é ótimo. São pessoas que se esforçam muito para agradar e fazer o melhor por você.

It was quiet and had a nice little outside area for breakfast. Room was not big but it was comfortable. English speaking manager was very helpful. Great location. Not far from St. Mark's Square, Shopping area and Realto Bridge area.. Enjoyed being close to San Stefano square with its wonderful restaurants. Breakfast was very good.

Great location

Cute, small hotel. Very friendly hosts. Hard to find at first but once you do it's worth the location. Very quiet but in a central area. Only complaint: our room's bathroom was down the hall.

Hotel simples, banheiro privativo, porém fora do quarto, tem que atravessar o corredor para ir ao banheiro.
