Very friendly staff, a pleasure to deal with. Majority of amenities are next door in Bella Venezia. But it's very convenient. breakfast was delicious and the location is wonderful.

The hotel is part of another hotel very close by. So check-in/out is at a different location as is breakfast. Not a big deal, just not used to that. Staff were very friendly!

Authentic Venice apartment. Great for family of 4 and close to St. Marks square. Suggest an early morning walk to enjoy without the crowds! Water bus close by, bit of a walk if you’re walking in from train station.

Nice boutique hotel. Gorgeous tile bathroom and hallway. Very friendly staff. Great location for Rialto Bridge and St Marks square. Cute clean fresh rooms. Nice central coffee machine 24/7.

Malerisch gelegen in einer schmalen Gasse , 3 Minuten bis Rialto, keine 10 Minuten bis zum Markusplatz. 24h Rezeption und sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet auf der anderen Seite der Gasse. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe.

No había agua caliente duramos 2 días sin poder bañarnos y si entrabas q bañarte en medio te salía el agua helada. El control del aire acondicionado no funcionaba

We was surprise we need to check in, take breakfast, and check out in a different hotel. The original hotel had a very bad smell when You open de main entrance door, however the room was ok. I did not anderestand why, maybe the carpet was wet sometime.

A really great breakfast with a very large number of choices was available for €10. The rooms in the annex are very cute and well appointed. Ours had a great view of one of the small canals if you stuck your head out the window. This was great although on one morning there was a rather noisy boat delivery of materials. But it was also neat to see the workings of the city. It’s very convenient to St Mark’s square and the Rialto bridge.

I was very pleased with this location and property. Great location, clean, and quiet. April was extremely helpful and kind. The service was a 10/10. Thank you April for your help. Will definitely stay at this location next time I go to Venice.

Very old hotel which needs upgrading. Booking does not mention there are SEVERAL hotels managed by same company dotted around the area. On the first day I was given a different room to the one I booked it was dark small and very smelly with mould in the standing shower. After speaking to the hotel manager for some time she then moved us to another room for the first night temporarily and found us another room for the remainder of our trip. Our final room was big but again quite old. Hotel cleaning staff are very polite and hardworking and a do a very good job in keeping the rooms tidy. Do your research before you book this hotel

Great location and great breakfast buffet!
Great central location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent, with an unusually wide choice of 'continental' and 'cooked breakfast' items. Tea/coffee at the San Luca was in a common area, but sadly the coffee machine wasn't working - hopefully now fixed!

Es un fraude completamente, ojalá “HOTELES.com” verifiquen información de sus proveedores de servicios, pues te ofrecen un HOTEL y te mandan a un CUCHITRIL, malas condiciones, sin las instalaciones ofrecidas en fotos, un total ROBO 😡😡😡😡 Pagas carísima la noche y no otorgan lo ofrecido (instalaciones-limpieza) “NO ES HOTEL”

Had to walk up 4 flights of stairs to get to room. Lobby smelly. Stairs in the room at the foot of the bed. Very difficult to walk around.
