La chambre vue sur mer que nous avons eu au premier étage était propre. Le problème est qu’il n’y a pas d’isolation phonique. Nous entendions les voitures passer alors que la route est de l’autre côté. De la chambre on avait l’impression que la route passait devant la chambre. De plus il y a une salle de sport dans l’immeuble à côté et on entendait très bien la musique. Le pire fut que notre vie sur mer était horrible car des travaux d’entretien des cabines étaient en cour des 7h30 du matin! Un matin nous avons eu le droit au camion benne, tractopelle et karcher ! C’était assourdissant même les fenêtres fermées ! De plus les volets roulants ne fonctionnent pas. Nous avons mal dormis a cause du vacarme incessant. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas extraordinaire.

We trid to upgrade the room to include a balcony. We were only able to get the upgraded room for 3 of the 4 nights. Tbe other night we got a handycap room, but at a surcharge of 180 euros over the basic room price. The room was not co venient and not nearly worth the extra cost.

A good choice
When in Venice Lido is the better choice compared to the city. Tranquil but still well connected via e.g., Vaporettos. Hotel Petit Palais proved to be a good choice for staying a couple of nights before leaving on a cruise. The service of the front desk was exceptionally good. To this add the location and the itself then you have a good choice of a hotel

Everything was perfect. Large room and, bathroom with a spacious shower. My only suggestion would be to add a dresser with drawers (or equivalent space) to put away clothes for clients who are staying more than a night or two and like to unpack.

Sehr nettee und hilfsbereite Rezeption, dort gibts es auch immer heißen Tee. Die Srandardzimmer zur Straße hin sind durch Verkehrslärm ziemlich laut. Große und nette Zimmer. Reichhaltiges, sehr gutes Frühstück mit allen Kaffeespezialitäten. Generell ist der April keine gute Reisezeit für den Lido. Die Insel ist leer, und der gesamte Strand ist eine einzige Baustelle für die Saisonvorbereitung.

The room was pretty much as the pictures presented The minibar had only water (the menu was bigger) No slippers or bathrobes (you would expect that at 4 stars) The WORST PART is that we came in October and the nights were pretty cold and there was no heat. the staff was great though

Es entsteht der Eindruck, dass das Hotel Strandzugang hat. Leider nicht, ohne direkten Zugang, da die Strände privat sind. Das Hotel bietet auch keine kostenpflichtigen Strandnutzung an. Der öffentliche Strand ist 1km entfernt.

Dear Guest, We confirm that the beach establishments are private. We remember you anyway, that you always have free access to the beach! The gate is adiacent to our entrance door. You can access for free, you can freely swim and you can freely walk on the beach. If you wish to lie down with your towel or use the beach services, you have to book an umbrella or a cabana. There's a wide choice: you can book umbrellas and deckchairs, cabanas, 5*****luxury cabanas or choose the public beach area. For the beach facilities you can pay from € 0,00 to € 450,00 per day.
