It is located near the Rialto Bridge by the grand canal, a very beautiful place. The water bus to tourist attractions and airport are very close by. Restaurants are everywhere and the upscaled shopping mall is by the Bridge. Rooms are very safe, beautiful, Venetian, classic, roomy, very clean, comfortable. The free breakfast was our favorite too with so many options and the staff waited us like in a restaurant. The owner was very accommodating and responsive to allow us to store our luggage after we checked out so that we have more time to see Venice We love this hotel.

It's My Second Time In Here!
It's my second time staying here. Compared to all other hotels with the Grand Canal view, nothing beats this hotel's price. The only downside is you have to be ok to climb long narrow steps as the hotel is located on top of the building without any elevator (it's an old building). But of course, the top view is the best!

Superb hotel
Great location, reasonably comfortable bed, hot shower and lovely breakfast. Staff were excellent. A great place to stay for a long weekend.

Lovely stay
What I dont like on my stay is they always know when the guest is going out and going in. They are also very strict with visitors. But if you’re okay with that, the place is very clean, comfortable and cozy. Friendly receptionist.

On arrival we found 69 steps up to reception, there was no air conditioning, the room was dark and gloomy, and the bed was no more than a camp bed which raised in the middle causing you to roll off, on complaining to staff nothing was done, the room was very expensive and nothing short of a disgrace.

100% recommended
We have just enjoyed 4 nights stay, we got upgraded to an apartment due to someone else cancelling and the room was amazing , couldn't have asked for a better location, views of the rialto bridge and the morning gondalas whilst enjoying breakfast. All staff very helpfull and polite especially the guy serving the lovely breakfast each morning.

Trivelig gammelt hotell med sjarme. Mange trapper opp til resepsjon, men det var vi forberedt på. Fikk oppgradering til leilighet uten ekstra kostnad, da det hadde vært avbestilling. Hyggelig personale.

The room is super small and the floor is slanted. You need to ring the bell to get into the hotel but one day I stood in front of the hotel in the rain for 10 min with no one answering.

Convenience and Comfortable.
Convenience location, Close to Liberta bridge. All staffs are nice, room is quiet and comfortable. I didn't mind steps up to the front desk because I had only my backpack, I didn't carry my luggage. but if you inform that on first page on homepage, It would be much kindness for all of us.

the only issue was the 4 flights of stairs getting to the front desk. it was a challenge. 😮‍💨😮‍💨 anyone with mobility issues or older (like us) will find it diffucult. lovely once you are there.

70 steep steps (4 stories) to get to the lobby and room was beyond dissapointment. We had two 50lb suitcases as well as backpacks due to a three week travel plan (a staff member did assist). We should have been advised.

Great stay!
Front desk staff are nice and warm! We had a triple room which was very spacious. The view of red roof and bell tower from the window is impressive. Steps away from Rialto Bridge and market, but the hotel is still quite and safe.

Brilliant location close to the Rialto bridge. Charming old building. Very helpful staff. Somewhat daunting stairs up to reception but we were aware of that. Would certainly stay again.

Interesting hotel
After walking up 3 flights of stairs to the lobby. We had to walk up another flight of stairs to the attic room. That if over 5 7 you will not fit in the toilet room or shower. Then the red velvet wallpaper and the mirrors over the bed was a surprise Breakfast was great with amazing views of the grand canal. Location is great for grand canal transportation and walking to St Marco square
