"Es una hacienda tiene incomodidades pero nada que no puedas solucionar, excelente la atención la habitación era un departamento nos hospedaron dentro del museo en verdad una sola ves en la vida uno debe permitirse hospedarse en un hacienda Solamente mejoren la señaletica dentro de las instalaciones y el restaurante pésimo de ahí en fuera vale todo lo que pagas. "

Surrounded by beautiful untouched nature, the amazing cenote and the absolutely phenomenal hospitality of the owners! The cenote is breathtaking and worth visiting! "Amazing rooms. Beautiful hotel. Amazing cocktails and food… truly amazing service…. but… No coffee in your room or alcohol in the minibar so maybe bring your own. Maybe we should have called for room service. It is so close to the ruins and right on the lake. Lovely walks around the city. Definitely will be going back. Such a treasure. "
