I also feel like not all staff but some of the people working there aren't really offering a great customer service. "The staff was extremely helpful and friendly- top rated. The breakfast was decent/ok by Spain standards, and the room was very clean. This is an extremely large hotel, and the signage is not great, which made navigating somewhat difficult- especially finding the fitness center and my room. Once found, said fitness center was disappointing. All but 1 treadmill was out of service, and the elliptical machines were very low-end. The weight area was serviceable.
