"Overall, the hotel was clean with good parking near it. However, sometimes the hot water for taking showers did not work well. Also, the TV inside the hotel is relatively small which I believe it needs to be upgraded. But, if you are planning to visit Italy and not pay much, this is a good choice. It's near Florence (~30 min drive in evenings and ~1hr during the rush hour) with plenty of free parking spots near it. It's placed in a not extremely crowded city (Empoli) which is nice. "Antonella is a lovely woman who speaks a little English. We were all able to understand each other with no problem. She was welcoming and gave us a lovely glass of wine from her vineyards when we arrived. Her surroundings are beautiful with seeing olive trees and vineyards and the town of Certaldo. Our room was big , very clean and bathroom was great. I would totally recommend going to her place . They also give tours of their vineyards and olive oil factory. I wish we could have stayed another...

"Very cozy place for my one night stay in the Tuscany Countryside. Room is clean the tidy, pool looks amazing but weather was too chilly to use on my day of arrival. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would love to come back again. P.S. the cat is cute and friendly "
