Reservationsbestätigung bekommen, aber kein Zimmer frei. Völlig überforderte Rezeption. Keine Alternativen, keine Bemühungen für eine Lösung. Der bereits geleisteten Zahlung kann man nun hinterherlaufen. Wenn man nichts als Ärger möchte, ist man hier richtig.

La résidence est très bien placée à 2mn à pieds de la galerie commerciale et des pistes de Pra Loup. Mais c'est surtout la convivialité du staff de la résidence qui en a fait un très bon séjour !

The room was quite small for 2 adults and 2 children and there was a lot of noise from the interconnecting family room next door. The main problem was that the floors were filthy. The facilities in the room were OK. It was quite a long hike to get to the slopes and to restaurants. Overall OK but if we went back to Pra-loup we'd aim to stay further up the hill

Un système de confirmation de reservation propre à Sowell est très pénible. Une confirmation sur leur site dite obligatoire s'avère impossible car le site ne fonctionne pas. Le personnel et le logement sont agréable mais la douche ne fonctionnait pas trés bien et le ménage était limite.

15 degrés dans l'appartement...

15 degres maxi dans l'appartement... Les convecteurs sont sous dimensionnés pour sa taille. Ils ne suffisent pas à obtenir une température convenable qu'on peut souhaiter quand il fait -5 degrés dehors. Alors comment comprendre que le chauffage soit coupé lorsqu'on enleve la clé du contact general pour sortir ? La chambre n'est donc plus chauffée lorsqu'on sort... C'est inadmissible au regard des étoiles annoncées de l'établissement. Je ne parle pas des tâches et l'état des couettes, elles n'ont même pas été changées pour cette nouvelle saison...

Resi d'enceintes très chère pas rapport aux presta

La literie du canapé lit médiocre et pas très propre . Le robinet de la baignoire cassé et l abattant wc qui ne tenais pas sur le toilette . Énorme trou dans la porte de la chambre et lave vaisselle inexistant malgré qui soit inscrit dans le descriptif

Désillusion

Suite à notre réservation sur le site pour un week-end en amoureux, avec photos aguichantes de baignoire et de lit double, nous arrivons dans un studio sans lit double, mais avec canapé convertible et lit superposé pour enfant, sans assez d'eau chaude pour 2, sans chauffage dans la salle de bain, sans chauffage dans l'entrée du studio (où se trouve un lit superposé), sans la vaisselle nécessaire, avec une porte de douche qui ne ferme pas correctement et qui arrose toute la salle de bain. De plus, ce studio est très mal isolé. Dans le studio se trouve une porte communiquant avec le studio voisin (idéal pour un séjour entre amis!). Mais c'est comme si nous avions passé la soirée avec nos voisins, et leurs enfants... Pour conclure : cet hôtel est super pour un séjour entre amis (tarif correct), et de sa situation sur la station (navette gratuite nous déposant au pied des pistes). Mais à fuir d'urgence pour un week-end en amoureux!

Accueil et service inexistant

Bonjour, Nous avons décidé de réserver un séjour de 2 nuits dans cet établissement, qui est bien placé dans la station, et avec un niveau de qualité satisfaisant. Par contre, en ce qui concerne l'accueil du personnel et surtout du Directeur, il n'y en aurait pas, ce ne serait pas pire. Horaires de mise à disposition de l'appartement non respecté, ménage à refaire soi même dés le soir de notre arrivée, relation clients inexistante ( personnel à l'accueil ne nous regardant même pas lorsqu'on leur adresse la parole, Directeur totalement hors sujet par rapport à sa profession, etc... ) se faire accueillir de la sorte après voir effectué 900 kms, autant réserver dans un hôtel premier prix...

Très déçu du séjour

Très mauvais accueil. Chambre récupéré à 18h30 au lieu de 17h car soit disant le ménage n'était pas fini (alors que nous sommes arrivé à 14h30 pour nous enregistrer et revenu à 16h30). On nous demande de patienter au bar ou les conso sont à des tarifs très élevés. Commençant à me plaindre de l'attente à 17h45 (car nous avions fait des courses de frais qui attendaient avec nous et nous avions un rdv à 19h) le directeur me répond qu'il n'en a rien a faire et que si je continu à me plaindre j'aurais ma chambre en dernier (ce que je trouve inadmissible de la part d'un établissement au tarif tout de même élevé) alors que ce monsieur ce permet devant toute la foule en attente de se servir une pinte de bière et de fumer un cigarette avec son personnel plutôt que de faire quelque chose pour débloquer la situation. Lors de notre entré dans la chambre on constate un verre du bar avec un liquide visqueux blanc à l'intérieur (un oubli me signale t'on !!!) et des draps sur les matelas sales et tachés de marron. Ce qui nous laisse penser que le ménage n'a pas été fait ou juste en surface. Je ne retournerais jamais dans cette établissement et je ne le conseil pas du tout car nous étions pas les seuls dans ce cas.

Nul accueil plus que moyen... drap en location pour une nuit???argument avancé nous sommes dans une station??oui mais même dans une station je n'ai jamais eue à régler les draps pour une nuit en version hôtelière.....la couette tachée++++mais que je me rassure elle à était lavée!!!! oui ok mais j'ai pas envie de dormir dans les traîné de sang de la personne précédente.... du jamais vu un appartement pour 4 personnes et une seule casserole rikiki(juste pour une tasse de lait....) pas de faitout ni casserole pour préparer un repas.... a fuir.....................................................................

Kjempefint men se etter Les Berges Resort.

Meget hyggelig betjening som også kunne engels i motsatsen til hva noen har skrevet. En overdådig middagsbuffet og frokost. Men se etter Les Berges Resort. Navnet på hotellet er meget misvisende. Skjønner at når man kommer frem så er det vanskelig å finne riktig resepsjon.
