"First time in NYC and chose this hotel. So glad we picked it. Easy walk to Grand Central station and other points of interest. The shower was amazing and big for a hotel shower. The service was the best though. Having a door man that would flag down a taxi in the pouring down rain and hold umbrellas was wonderful. When I make it back to NYC I will for sure stay there again.
