"Everything fine as always. It’s small hotel with good service and kind staff. The staff can not much English but enough to fix any problem.
Beds are softer in older 3-bedroom than premium room but ok! Bathroom has problems with water on the floor cause no curtain.
The breakfast is Thai style faith salad buffet and rice soup and toast with jam. You can also have fried egg or omelette and some sausage. The breakfast have been better before (we have stayed many times). Coffe is instant coffe....

"Incredible!
The staff were the best we've experienced so far in Asia. Nothing is too much trouble for them.
The room was amazing. Also this is the only hotel so far that are doing their best to reduce single use plastic. A big thumbs up from us!
Breakfast was fresh, tasty with lots of choice.
We increased our original 2 night stay...it was that good!"

"This hotel is a real gem next to the busy Sukhumvit Road. The noise of the highway does not carry over to the hotel and it is wonderfully peaceful there. The room was spacious and clean. The pool area was 5/5, it was really nice to stay there during the day and the evening. Staff and the hotel owner were really helpful and nice. I warmly recommend to stay here!"

"This was my second stay, I love this hotel. The rooms are big, excellent sea views, quiet. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The food is excellent. I haven't explored the area, it's not built up, but plan to when I next visit.
Love the decorations of the hotel, very British.. but with style."

"Although our room was a bit small, the ocean view was awesome. However, the nearest accessible beach is about a KM away.
The pool was clean but had a number of damaged tiles. The underground parking was a nice amenity. Overall, an excellent value for the price."

"The resort staff very kind very helpful with service minded excellent service, The environment nice the room are clean and spacious's we will be back for sure. The location is also easy to find just follow the GPS many restaurants nearby have a nice coffee shop as well with walking distance, good value for money the owner very kind we ask for extra bed with no charge. We will be back soon."

"The building is 3 floors apartment, no elevator. It’s in a quiet area of Banchang district. The street in front of the hotel is narrow. The room is clean and spacious. The mattress is good but the pillows are high and hard. The hospitality is good. Having own transportation is a must."
