"We have a wonderful vacation with family. Great place"

"I really enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff. They were welcoming and didn’t hesitate to answer any questions I had. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. With a lot of beautiful views all around. I had used the spa services (jacuzzi, dry sauna, steam room, and a massage) and they exceeded my expectations. The waitstaff at the restaurant were kind and attentive. And, I tried a lamb shank with mashed yucca and it was flavorful and delicious. The included breakfast also had a great assortment...

"Nice place, near city center and easy access to transportation. Beautiful room, just a bit noisy. No A/C, so have to keep the patio door open. No fans available, so bring a small travel one if necessary. Would stay again, beautiful little town."

"The room was modern, the infinity pool was cold, but nice. The grounds were beautiful & the llamas on the grounds was a nice touch. The food was also amazing for dinner."

"This was a really nice hotel, clean, good quiet location, great view, attentive and friendly staff. I highly recommend this place!"

"Royer was great! He got us to the train station and made sure we saw the town before we boarded for Machu Pic"

"The staff were very friendly and helpful, the place looked nice, breakfast did the trick"

"Very nice property in a quiet area with amazing mountains view."

"Everything was organised and thought about for our stay, with the whole experience amazing."

"整體環境很美悠閒，可讓人放鬆，早上讓小鳥叫聲喚醒是件幸福的事"

"It was a cool looking hotel. I felt the staff weren’t too helpful though. They didn’t really make us feel like home. The restaurant was okay, a bit slow. Didn’t have time to check out the pool. Our room was big, and the blanket was definitely warm. Hot shower. Great. My favourite thing was the observatory experience with David Rivas Romero. This is only on Monday, Wednesday and Friday (I think) so we got lucky as we were okay there one night. Worth it. He was so nice and educational. We’ve never...

"Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abseits der Stadt in ruhiger Lage. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und alles wirkt sehr familiär. Das Bett war etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber ansonsten ein schöner Aufenthalt."

"I’m not happy with staff service and behaviour. The location was good to stay but car parking issue and there was not any help in finding travel information and guideline"
