"The hotel is nice and centrally located. Staff can use additional training in hospitality. Not at all up to the Marriott brand. Especially front desk...very disappointing. For example, I checked out early on March 28 due to not feeling well. The desk clerk on staff kept telling "was not getting my money back" (I never requested a refund), I requested a copy of my folio to ensure there were not any unauthorized charges...she refused."
