It’s only a block away from Oracle Park and close to everything downtown. Perfect spot if you’re in town for a game or just exploring the city. Have stayed here many times in the past and will again in the future."

"This property is uniquely located along the San Francisco Bay and once was the gem of the peninsula. In its hay day it was regarded as one of the finest hotels with extraordinary service, amenities, food, and views offered by any hotel conglomerate. However, due to a lack of maintenance and care it has started to become dilapidated. The faucets drip, the plumbing clangs, the doors slam, the bathroom tile is cracked, the hot tub is non-operational, the gym is sparce and the food is subpar. Thank goodness the view still hasn't changed. The staff is kind but that doesn't make up for the lack of amenities, poor and expensive cuisine, and the constant police response to the property for some unknown disturbance. The website shows photos of the property from an era that has long disappeared. This once exquisite property needs a refresh."
