From the time I walked in till the time I left everything was perfect. Received a welcome bag with lots of goodies. The reception was very pleasant and efficient, room was clean and good sized, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and a lot of choices.

AC is rigged to stay close to 20 Celsius degree, regardless it was at 18.8 (lowest permitted) and it was loud. Towels and shampoo are great quality. Breakfasts are much better than most same price range hotels. Parking has ample of spaces, most in the shade.

Overall, my stay was excellent. The room was clean, the breakfast was very good, and the staff, including the breakfast staff, were very friendly. However, the pool and hot tub were not as clean as expected, with foaming present, which was a downside. That said, the overall experience was still great, and I’d return. Housekeeping was energy efficient, and the cleaning standards inside the rooms matched the decor.

Front desk staff was excellent. Had a drain line back up into the tub and had to get relocated to a different room. Breakfast bar lady was very rude and disgusting to customers, but breakfast bar was good. Rooms were fine, a bit dated. Parking was easy and convenient. Safe location with a lot of convenience local.

Great location to many nearby fun towns. Family lives local to this hotel. The staff is always friendly. The breakfast bar has many choices and always remains stocked. They have hot tea in the lobby day & night, fun to grab a cup on your way in or out. Plenty of parking. Pet friendly for the trips we choose to bring our fur baby.

I felt that my stay was luxurious. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were soft, the towels in the bathroom were soft and there were lots of them. The room had lots of light, and the TV worked on demand. The breakfast was the best part. Argueably the best set of breakfast options I've ever had: two options on eggs, two options on yogurt, cereal optimism, and 4 types of juice options; cinnamon rolls, sandwich bread options, biscuits and gravy. Amazing. The welcome package put this trip over the top, The only thing I didn't like was the shower pressure. Weak shower pressure. However, full stars for the place and the people.
