"I had a wonderful stay! The hotel is ideally located, just a short walk from the historic center and the University of Perugia. The hosts, Chiara and Roberto, were exceptionally kind and went out of their way to help me during my visit. I would definitely choose to stay there again in the future!"

"A beautiful hotel with exceptional service. We really enjoyed all aspects of your hotel. We took advantage of the pool and sauna. Our traveling bodies needed the extra care. "

"Wonderful welcome and service at economy price right at the city centre in a converted ancient church, where old fresco fragments can still be seen amongst the spotless modern conversion. This is a labour of love for the family owners, who have civil engineering expertise. Nothing is too much trouble for the generous staff, despite running on a shoestring. Want to return."

"It was slightly above average. The room was quite hot and the aircon didn’t cool it down well, and I don’t think it had been thoroughly cleaned - there were empty shampoo & body wash containers on top of the shower head from the previous guest, and there were a few hairs on the toilet seat. The bed was comfy though. "

"Upon arrival and making it into the building, we were faced with 3 rooms. We had no idea which room was ours and none of our emails from SCP indicated the name of our room. We had to write and wait for info. We were in the Lorenzo room which was down a dreaded, tight spiral staircase. The room was basically clean if you overlooked the dead bugs along the window sill in the bathroom. Warning: no fridge in the room so good luck keeping your vodka cold. And when attempting to open the outside entry...

"Very clean room. In old bank building. You take multiple elevators to get to your room which is funky but fun. Staff at desk is fabulous. Breakfast was best we had in Italy "
