Very helpful staff with taxis, reservations etc. Shower needed care not to turn bathroom into wet room and sink drained poorly but everything else fine. Tinha uma cafeteira e água no quarto, bom número de tomadas, banheiro amplo e bem limpo com pia grande e bidê (que faz toda a diferença. Aspectos negativos: o ralo do banheiro não drenada a água direito e alagava um pouco o banheiro, e a porta fo banheiro pegava no chão para abrir e travava. Além disso, o hotel...

"Very good hotel , extremely clean, rooms very comfortable including spacious bathroom with excellent shower. Personal choice - bed a bit firm but still slept ok, perhaps a mattress topper could be offered. Aircon was really good. Breakfast was the usual thing but orange juice was good and loved the fresh fruit and pastries. Husband loved the eggs. Perfect location to use the escalators to the old town which is beautiful. But it was peaceful at night with great windows that keep out the road...

"The location was ideal for my family, close to restaurants and the sites but not crowded. The room was a good size. The shower was a bit small and needed some repair as the water kept leaking out of the basin. The door is a bit loud and you can hear people coming in and out of their room because of the loud clicking. The maid service was great as we definitely needed fresh towels and a dry bath mat. Overall good for two nights in Perugia. "

"If you book this hotel for the pool, then don’t. The entire time that we were there, the pool did not work. However, the staff was wonderful, the rooms were decent, and the breakfast was outstanding. We were on a lovely hilltop. Perugia is a great city. I would return to that hotel."
