"This was an hotel where the staff on duty yesterday was very mean and lacking in empathy to me and my children. He adamantly refused to offer a solution to the problem of credit card being declined for refundable deposit even after booking had been paid for beforehand but rather called the police on me. He refused every alternate arrangement proferred too and left us sitting in the lobby for several hours. Thank God for the wonderful police that helped us secure an alternate accommodation in the middle of the night. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone at all because they are just very rigid in their dealings."

"Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. The reception was terrible, and none of the staff could speak English. The room was not good enough for the price we paid. In addition, the outside window was dirty, and the shower pressure was disappointing. The only positive point was the coffee, which was good."
