"Definitely on of the more unique pod style experiences in such a historic hotel. Rooms were small but comfy and I definitely appreciated having a tv and air conditioner. Great food, shops, barber, etc within walking distance and its right across the street from the Hudson for beautiful water views. Would definitely stay here again."

"I stayed at Arlo Soho in NYC Aug. 6-8. Their Hotels.com profile included free Wi-Fi and gym in the amenities. However, I was charged an additional “resort fee” of $34/day for Wi-Fi, gym, “bike access,” and two cans of water. Ripoff!"
"This is a gorgeous hotel. It is tucked away in the chaos of NYC but was so calm and inviting. We had a fantastic room that fit five of us comfortably. The staff were lovely and friendly and it was great value for money in a great location. My only negative is that it said it had access to a local gym but this wasn’t the case. "
"Wonderful location right near Times Square. Accessible to people in wheelchairs with a lift to access steps in the front of the property. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this establishment. "
