"staff was excellent, very friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay great. very clean hotel, worker was continually sweeping and cleaning floors and dusting. one of the best hotels that i have stayed at. I recommend everyone stay at this hotel you will not be disappointed."
"The hotel is styled with the German Alpine theme throughout Helen. It is in the downtown district with restaurants and shops. I would want to stay here for the convenience of getting around and the clean comfortable room again."
"Front desk employee was amazing. She checked us in and also printed/shared the history of Helen. She was very sweet. The breakfast employee was also sweet and polite.
The building is outdated in places, it can use an outdoor facelift ans new windows.
The pool area can use some fresh paint and a good pool cleaning and painting update.
The bathrooms were clean and updated. The room were clean, but can also use some updated paint and fresh flooring.
