The location is convenient for walking and shopping. The hotel exterior is very clean and safe. The gym and pool are nice. The only down side is the breakfast, the food was awful and the trash was overflowing.

Nice easy stay was very clean and quiet. They also had a decent free breakfast. Friendly staff and willing to help with suggestions on where to go and even provided us with push sticks for the river tubing.

Very clean and quiet. Breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast. Staff was friendly. Location was a short drive or walk from the main area of Helen but i appreciated that as it was very busy and it was nice to have a place to get away from the crowd and the noise.
