Very clean room. Beds were extremely comfortable. The 4 pillows per bed are much appreciated. Makes a world of a sleep difference. The breakfast was excellent of scrambled eggs, two different types of sausage and the fresh brew coffee available at any hour! It is close enough to walk to all the shops, restaurants in downtown Helen. Easy walk to one of the 1 mile trails along the river. Would definitely stay here if we go back.

The beds need to have pillow top mattresses or different mattress. It was awfully uncomfortable. The pool was nice. The breakfast was great. Just the beds were rough on our backs and the pillows.
