"Mountain view(some construction going on off to the side). Slight traffic and snow plows through the night on nearby road. The Dome inside was beautiful and peaceful with everything you need. Hot tub right outside. Robes and slippers supplied. Coffee and tea in the room with coffee maker and electric hot water kettle. Radio, multiple heaters and wood stove. Great WiFi. Board games. Heated towel rack and fully stocked bathroom in private bathroom inside the Dome. Food delivery available directly...

"We enjoyed our stay at Icelandic Apartments. The facilities were clean and the kitchen was fairly well equipped. The only issues we had were with the door and room code, as well as the code to the laundry area for towels. However, the host worked with us to solve the issues and the response was immediate. We would stay there again."

"A very charming, smaller property that makes you feel special. Very clean rooms. Close to a huge mall, spas and restaurants. Also, near a bus stop for more travel flexibility to and from downtown Reykjavik. "

"Was there 4 nights. Everything else was good except for the wi-fi in my room #716 where they couldn' t fix the wi-fi problem which was on and off for the first three nights and they kept saying that there's nothing wrong. It s quite annoying after a long day outing and back to my room with no wi-fi connection. Had to go sit at the hall way to get wifi connection sometime."

"I highly recommend this hotel. Pros: - Really modern interior architecture - Limited Complimentary parking - Exceptionally supportive staff members - In city centre - Nearby restaurants and food halls - Really good Spa section(Sauna, Massage, indoor and outdoor warm pool) Conditional Cons: - No racks to keep eye glasses in Spa area(it becomes difficult for a person with eyeglasses, as there is no rack to leave them off, when entering in Sauna or going to take shower)"

"The hotel spa and evening restaurant was very pleasant. Staff in the main restaurant and spa lovely, though younger members may need training. Delivered wrong drinks and brought the bread with the soup after the meal was served but were very apologetic and lovely. Food was excellent, Staff in the breakfast area however rude and ignorant. Ended up making an official complaint. It was a mixed bag really. Some customer training required to improve standards. "
