"Possibly the finest hotel experience I ever had and I've had a lot. Every bit of this property is stunning and picturesque. The staff is friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the roof top breakfast every morning. The rooms are very clean well maintained. Location is perfect, walking distance to everything in Ubud but tucked away in quiet serenity. "We had a lovely stay at Swahita! Firstly the staff are fantastic, so polite and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean with a spacious bathroom and large balcony. If I had to suggest an improvement then I would suggest better WiFi (it was slow and sometimes disconnects) and although there was nearby construction, it wasn’t too loud or early and there’s nothing they can do about that. We would happily stay here again!"

The room is very beautifully decorated and the breakfast and meals at the Pura Saraswati Restaurant is very delicious. Their hotel and restaurant staff are super helpful, friendly and courteous. I strongly recommend Puri Saraswati Dijiwa Hotel to anyone who is looking to stay in central Ubud area. "

The staff at this property could not have been more welcoming, and their service was excellent at the front desk, the restaurants, the pool bar staff, and our driver and tour guide.
