"Great for the price in the centre of Manchester. Staff were nice. I liked that the reception was managed 24/7, made me feel safe! Bar area was decent. Rooms & Communal areas very clean. Enough lifts for the amount of rooms (honestly this is a big win… had so many issues in other hotels in Manc where theres not enough lifts for the space) Wasn’t too noisy. Rooms a little small, but manageable - I was only there for one night so didn’t need much storage space. My only little annoyance was no cups or drinking glasses in the room, would have been much better than two small paper cups at the kettle! Would definitely stay again though :) "

"Room was ok Tea stain still on bedside table Bed clean. However bed was very uncomfortable rolled together as lower in the middle. Air conditioning very poor, very warm at night. Staff at check in were helpful and friendly. Young man who severed at the bar was pleasant "
