"The environment was great, nice staff, nice & clean room, nice food, and good location. The cleaner was so friendly and helpful to make sure that I have everything I needed as I was in the room over the weekend when she comes in. The check-in and check-out staff too are professional and ensuring that the stay was good."

"Hopewell Hotel is a 5 star hotel in a great location. The hotel is clean, newer, has a fantastic buffet, large rooms, fluffy robes, and staff that goes out of their way to make your stay the best. I travel a lot and this was definitely one of my better stays. I recommend this hotel."

"Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay! I want to give a special shoutout to Cindy at the front desk. She was incredibly professional and welcoming, taking the time to thoroughly explain the hotel layout and dining schedules. Seeing that we were traveling with a toddler, she proactively arranged for bed rails and children's toiletries to be sent to our room, which was such a thoughtful touch. The luggage department was also fantastic—storing our bags was incredibly fast, convenient, and efficient. But the absolute best part of this hotel is the pedestrian bridge that connects directly to Ocean Park. It made going back and forth to the park effortless, which is an absolute lifesaver when you need to bring a little one back for a midday nap. This hotel is incredibly family-friendly, especially for parents traveling with toddlers. Highly recommended!"
