I had a wonderful stay at Shama Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive from the moment I arrived, and check-in was smooth and hassle-free. My room was clean, the views were insane, and the beds were extremely comfortable. I loved the innovative technology in the room, and the hotel also offers a small gym and discounted deals at the restaurants in the same building. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

The staff was courteous and helpful. Amenities include free usage of washer and dryer. A guest needs only purchase a very reasonably priced detergent packet from the front desk. One thing I wished for is a small wash cloth in the bathroom, or that one is available upon request. There is an MTR station which is connected to the hotel reception by a foot bridge. The same foot bridge allows access to the South Side shopping mall with eateries and shops offering common everyday merchandise. I highly recommend this hotel to visitors not concerned with bellhop services and the like. There are also a café and a noodle/soup buns restaurant adjacent to the front desk, both reasonably priced.

A great hotel, quite convenient with the metro next door. The 2 restaurants on the premises serve really good food at reasonable prices and the coffee is amazing, especially the ginger latte. The staff is very accommodating and very nice. The area surrounding the hotel is not notable but you are not far from anything via the MTR, plus there is a mall nearby with more food options...

Easy South side accommodation

Great place to stay on the South Side now that you can be in Admiralty in 7mins using the MTR on the doorstep. Go for Mountain View rather than City unless on a high floor, above 12. LuluBoaBoa highly recommended for food noodles and wanton and 15% discount applies as guest.

It's a nice and quiet property. Remember to ask the hotel for the road name where the Taxi should drop you off, as the drop off point is not the physical address.

They said we can check in at 3:00pm, but the room cleaning has finished about 20 min later. When we went up to the room, I found several shopping bags with full of hangers and some groceries near elevator, thought somebody lived in the room and left late. When we checked out, they asked us to wait about 10 min more and sent staff to check the room before return our deposit. Then they called us and told they lost hangers which supposed to be in the room. I could not believe their attitude. They took out those stuffs, put in front of the elevator like trash, somebody maybe took it. And ask us if we took it. OMG. I have experienced the worst hotel service ever, and influenced our mood on the day. Please be professional, take care of your stuff and be responsible of your attitude. You guys were so rude. How come hotel make customer wait so long because you didn’t finish cleaning on time? And what is that attitude doubt about your lost?
