"I didn't like being on 1s floor Someone from there called me Wednesday ask me what floor would I like. I said 5th floor up. They put me on 1st floor. Then in master bathroom I ran water into bathtub water it was orange rusted looking I took pictures show to manager. She said another guess had same problem with water. "

"Check in was very efficient - Pool area was great for adults and children. Indoor pool clean. We have room service handle Dinner which was extremely delicious and hot, prices very reasonable. I was caught off guard that there was no carpet in the room but, to be honest, the wood flooring was nice, I really think this helps keep down any odors from previous guests and housekeeping does a great job with cleaning. "I paid for a 2 bedroom ocean view room with 3 beds and they gave me a room that was over looking the parking garage with only 2 beds. The halls to the room smelled like rotten eggs and the carpet and wall were dirty. The room they gave me had stains on the wall and the carpet. The paint was chipping and flooring was coming up. "My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Willow Bay. Check in was a breeze and the room exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and the furniture appeared to be brand new. The view of the Ocean was perfect for hanging out and enjoying a drink. Willow Bay has a great location right on the beach with lots of restaurant options near by. The pool and grounds were beautiful and peaceful. We love coming to Myrtle Beach and we will definitely be coming back to Willow Bay. "

"Could have been a lot better. Way overpriced for the service you get. No house keeping unless you ask for it and then they add an extra charge. When we left we had to take our trash out to the trash bin on the floor we were staying on. Last night was bad. The people in the the room next to us were extremely loud. Yelling and cussing at kids and each other and vice versa for almost 3 hours. Will not stay there again! "
