Well managed resort. Suite was spacious and comfortable. Plenty of parking space. Staff are friendly and professional. Easy shuttle access to and from their private beach. Nice coffee shop/ bar. Their onsite restaurant is excellent! One suggestion: smart TVs in the room would be nice. We have been vacationing in Myrtle beach for 24 years and thus was by far our best experience. 👍👍

I just left the Marina Inn and I wish I was still there. The accommodations exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and very attentive to the needs of my family and myself. My favorite part of this vacation was the access to the private beach area.

Our second time staying here. Great quiet location. The staff was friendly and helpful. They quickly worked through a room assignment issue at check-in when I pressed to find a quick solution. Shuttle to the beach is super quick and easy to use without any wait times. The rooms themselves are starting to show their age. Could benefit from a refresh in furniture (some stains and clearly well used) and scent (quite musty) to help justify the price of the suite. Overall 7.5/10

Overall I this property was great. The hotel staff was very courteous and professional. The room was beautiful although it could stand a little bathroom upgrade and more outlets in the room. I loved they had a beach shuttle but the chairs and umbrellas need updating. The private beach could also use a better food and drink option. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Room was respectably clean and size was great, furnishings dated and tired (couch not comfortable and needed a deep clean). Private beach amenities were not what I expected- no lifeguard, bathrooms were porta-potties, and snack shack didn’t open until people started calling about it. Location was great for getting out and about, but there is no self parking area at the private beach- you HAVE to take the shuttle. Overall, we did enjoy our stay, but if you want beach access, stay at a resort ON the beach.

The staff was very friendly and the room was beautiful. The only small issue was we had loud neighbors ( which of course isn’t anyone’s at the hotel fault.) But almost asked for a room change but didn’t want to put the staff through any changes. Played sleep sounds and we eventually went to sleep.

This was top tier. Complimentary Valet service. They parked my car and unpacked the car and took the bags to the room and unpacked. We ordered a grocery delivery and they brought the bags up to the room. When we left, they came up to load the luggage cart and they packed the car.
