It's a good place, there are some restaurants around, and it's a good place to take the bus. The breakfast is varied, the place is comfortable, you pay what you get.

It's a dated but nice property. We spent 3 days there. We're comfortable. It's easy to get everywhere using public transport. There is also a Pullman that takes you directly to the airport in walking distance. The staff is very attentive. The breakfast is good even though is simple. Nothing to complaint about. We would stay here again.

Positives are that staff are helpful, friendly and efficient. Also, the hotel is located not far from the piazza castello and main Porto Susa stations (both a bus or tram ride away ). Free breakfast was sufficient. However, there are many negatives. This is advertised as a 3* hotel but it is definitely not. The room was clean but very tired and in real need of renovation. Some of the workers are hanging off the wall - dangerous! There is NO mirror in the room. Not a dressing mirror or a full length. The only mirror is in the bathroom. The shower cubicle is tiny - you have to crouch and navigate positions just to shower properly! The windows open to a balcony, but this is a big security risk because any of your neighbours can walk onto your balcony and enter your room, if you leave the window open. There should be sufficient barricades between room balconies. The reception closes early so you need to use your key card to enter the building at night. One night a group of people Couldn’t get in and the emergency number didn’t work so they were stranded outside! The price of this hotel is not worth it at all, I was overcharged despite booklet months ahead.

A very good experience.

Clean and modern-looking room & bathroom, reasonably spacious with reasonable storage area for this hotel category, with several electric plugs. Efficient reception staff. Decent breakfast (1 type of cheese, 2 types of ham, 2 types of juice, yogurt, fruits, cereals, 2 types of cake-like dessert, ...). Bus/tram stop right in front. Downsides: Small lift with dual doors that must be opened and closed upon entering and exiting (a total of 12 door-knob operations taking into account the double inner door, makes you think twice before using it!). Shower area had barely enough room for a person, had to open the window screen to bend down. Faux leather of desk chair was worn out and frayed.

È scattato l'allarme antincendio di notte , per circa 1 ora , in struttura non vi era nessuno per farlo smettere , hanno chiamato il numero reperibile che si è presentato appunto dopo 1 ora ma dopo averlo ripristinato è andato via immediatamente, nuovamente è stato ricontattato perché ha iniziato nuovamente a suonare .. in poche parole notte in banco .
