O apartamento corresponde exatamente às fotos. O sistema Wonderful mostrou-se pouco eficiente, com excesso de mensagens e dificuldades com horários. Tivemos um atraso de 20 minutos e, apesar da previsão de taxa extra, faltou maior bom senso, inclusive sem a disponibilização de um cobertor adicional em plena época de frio em Turim. Por outro lado, o responsável respondeu às mensagens e nos atendeu sempre que necessário. O apartamento apresentava alguns pontos de poeira.
