"Staff was great, pool was awesome Hotel checking process very outdated, rooms outdated and the machine reader in the parking lot wasn’t working. Hotel staff super friendly but frustrated with everyone complaining about the same situation. If I come back is because of the staff . Hopefully the owners do something, it is a great location and have a lot of potential. Great job front desk staff! "

"We put do nut disturb in the room when we left because we dont want room service when we return some room service do the cleaning. At the night we are resting a man with a key open the room. "

"The air conditioning was great and effective for the humid climate. We had limited interaction with the staff, but everyone we spoke with was pleasant and helpful. There was a kitchenette (no stovetop) but only 2 glasses, two plates, and a wine glass. No silverware at all. When we arrived, ALL of the cabinets and drawers were wide open. As for cleanliness, the couch was extremely stained and underneath the cushion was crumby and sandy. The towels and sheets were clean BUT they do not give you a top sheet. All you get is a light blanket. (There were stains on the blanket, too.) We asked for a top sheet and housekeeping gave us one. The views from our room were AMAZING! The area was perfect for getting around and there are places to eat and visit the beach close by. For what we paid, we would stay again."

"My room toilet was broken. Hard to find good food. One coffee shop and line was 30 min wait on average just to order. I had asked for conditioner for my room numerous times and was told some would be brought to my room. Never got any. Stayed one night pre cruise. Would not recommend. "
